This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through the Platform.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers or merchants listed on the Platform and they have already initiated the process of shipping, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
GURUPUTRAN SMART CODES does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or similar goods. However, a refund or replacement may be processed if it is established that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
Damaged or Defective Items
In case you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. The request will be processed once the concerned seller or merchant has checked and confirmed the same at their end.
If the product received differs significantly from what was displayed on the website, you must bring this to our attention within 30 days of receiving the product. Our customer service team will review your complaint and take appropriate action.
Refund Process
In cases where refunds are approved by GURUPUTRAN SMART CODES, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
